Another year of school finished. I feel good. I'm spending a week at my grandmas house and I'm excited to relax and hear her tell stories of when she was my age. I want everything in her home. The big bookshelves, the lacy curtains. The black and white photos of her and grandpa when they got married. This place brings back good memories.
The last day to win a polaroid camera is tomorrow. Check it out here. I'll announce the winner on Sunday!
You are right its always a pleasure to spend some time with grandparents. They narrate stories which touches are heart :) xxx

So lovely, and check out the view from her window! I definitely wouldn't say no to that.
ReplyDeleteawww have fun with your grandma! :] do a lot of creative things ! those are always fun!
ReplyDeleteAwh! This sounds so dreamy! The lace curtains + old pictures + big bookshelves = heaven. My grandmother passed in the spring so I have a tender place in my heart for another grandmother related.
ReplyDeleteWow, can I come visit your grandma?! Sounds like you're set for a great week. I bet she's got some great stories to tell... :)
ReplyDeleteI love this. This makes me think of how wonderful my grandparents are and how when I was younger I used to stay over and my mom's parents' all the time. Grandmas and Grandpas are the best. :]

Your grandmother's house looks so quaint and cozy! I think that's always my favorite part of visiting my grandparents' homes - things are old and well-used, just so homey. :)

Your grandma's house is adorable. My grandma likes really bright colors, so her place is kind of scary -- bright red front door, neon green back door. You see where I am going with this.
