satisfied mind.

I carried my camera around my shoulder 24/7 during this trip to Wallace, Idaho but I feel like I didn't take too many photos. Too busy enjoying the moment, I think. But here's a few from the mini-vacation... I like empty wasps nests, cemeteries, and my "jack + jill" room.

  1. These pictures are lovely, I do agree that sometimes you're so into trying to snap every moment you're not actually living it xxx

  5. You know you've had a good time when you've carried your camera around and have barely any pics- it means you've been too busy having fun! These photos are lovely, as always!

  11. So fun to live in the moment. I rarely take my fancy camera when I'm vacationing because it is so cumbersome. Just my little point and shoot one does the trick. :)

Looks like you had a great mini-vacation!

  14. I do the same thing...I carry my camera but take only a handful of photos. On the flip side, if I don't take my camera, I'm wishing the entire time that I had it!

  16. That wasp nest is so geometrical - bet you loved it ;) Enjoying yourself definitely takes precedence over capturing pictures! Photographs are priceless, yes, but memories are even more so!

  18. I love your photography- so unique! I always carry my camera with me and either use it to an extreme level (taking photos of everything) or not at all! it's definitely indicative of the level of fun I'm having too!

  22. That bed looks so comfy...it might be because I'm exhausted. Or maybe it's just that cozy quilt?
