birthday decorations.

The night before Tate's birthday I stayed up late and decorated so he'd having something fun to wake up to. I tried to keep it a surprise for him, and it actually worked! Decorating is fun but it's hard when you don't have a huge budget so I bought a few sheets of colored paper and cut it into circles and then made a simple tissue paper garland (all under 6 bucks). Sometimes the best decorations are the cheapest ones!
